As a Principal Consultant, Kristy brings her unique insights from a cognitive psychology perspective to companies. Her practical, high-impact leadership style helps her clients’ breakthrough dysfunctional barriers and gain strategic insights and clarity.
Whether she's working with a CEO and his or her leadership team, training executives during a workshop, coaching teams to perfect their meetings and productivity, or simply advising a client over the phone, Kristy brings her passion, enthusiasm and contagious optimism for organizational health and success to every client she works with.
Currently, Kristy works regularly with CEOs and senior leadership teams in quickly and effectively applying best practices. She helps leadership teams transform their organization by creating organizational focus, over-communicating that focus and reinforcing key messages through human systems. Her clients span across a variety of industries, including food processing, education, health care, and manufacturing.
She received an MA from the University of the Pacific, is licensed as a Therapist through the State of California, and graduated magna cum lade from Azusa Pacific University. Kristy lives with her husband, Brian and their four children in the Central Valley region of California.
